Member of the Society for Psychotherapy Research MSPR

Research Masters degree on subjects concerning "The Prize Giver", near completion.

As a member of the BACP I am committed to continuing professional development and have achieved qualifications in :
Psychology
Dance Therapy
Group Therapy.
I continue to run many groups based around the subjects of "The present moment" , “Still mind” and “Being”.

Personal Approach
My personal approach is to use psychodynamic, Integrative and transpersonal (Spiritual) techniques.I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) whenever it is appropriate.

I work with all ages ;one to one or with couples

I am a practising psychotherapy supervisor and work with many of my colleague counsellors.
