How I work

For forty years now I have been on the long personal journey to search for the answer to the question "Who am I".
The desire to become a counsellor and Psychotherapist has come from this journey.

I believe that each one of us is valuable. Sadly though we may have come to doubt this in ourselves . Maybe we have too often been told we are useless.

We will work together to rediscover who you really are and how you can come to the belief that you are a good person , of great value to society and loved.
We will work to return to that state where you can feel respected and honoured.

Where appropriate we can take a journey towards finding how to live in the present moment This can help those who find their mind constantly filled with thoughts from the past or speculations of the future.

Living in the present moment lets us find stillness and peace from the unending traffic of the mind.
